A Flawed Response

Too often, policymakers propose grandiose “solutions” based on faulty premises and computer models that donot reflect real world conditions. This leads to delays, failures, and worst of all, a lack of confidence thatanything meaningful can be done. But must it be this way?

An Effective Alternative

We believe that real reductions based on sound science and proven technologies can make a significant contribution to greenhouse gas reductions today. Our approach involves five steps:

1) defining the problem;

2) gathering data;

3) analyzing the problem;

4) proposing and implementing a solution; and

5) assessing theresults and making corrections if needed.

We can’t afford to wait.
